These plans are exclusively for Home use. Only one plan can be activated per line; it’s not possible to have 2 or more plans activated on the same line. These plans don’t include calls made to cell phones in Mexico. Fonet reserves the right to terminate the service if the calls behaviour is not adjusted to the Home use profile.

HOW IT WORKS

All the Fonet Global services work on a pre-paid system, therefore your pre-paid credits will be deducted as you use the service.

Once you’re a WorldFone user, you can set up a plan in any of the active lines your system has. You must do this trough your online account managing page, following the next steps:

1. Enter your account  providing your user name and password
2. Go to the additional services section  and select plans
3. Choose the plan and associate it to an active line trough the VoIP number.
4. You must accept the Monthly charge for starting using the plan. In the case that. There is not enough Credit in your account you must  add more credit in order to activate the plan that you wish.
   
5. Once the plan has been activated, it will be effective during the next 30 calendar days from activation date.
6. After these 30 days your service will revert to the basic WorldFone plan. This allows you to not pay rent every month or to change plans  every month, or simply not paying rent for a special plan while you are not using it.
   
7. You also have the option of activating the plan permanently; Your credit card will be automatically charged every month, In this way you won’t have to be reactivating your chosen plan  month by month.

• These plans are for residential use only. Fonet Global reserves the right to terminate the service in case it has being utilized for commercial use or resellers.

• If your account has a zero or negative balance the service will not be available. Always try to have a positive balance on your account. For the benefit of users, the accounts will be blocked when a negative balance is higher than $5 USD.
