These plans are for Business use only. Only one plan per line can be activated. It is not possible to have two or more plans active on the same line. Service does not include calls to Cellular phones in Mexico. Fonet reserves the right to suspend this service if the draft registration point does not adjust to the signed up profile.

International plans include unlimited calls to USA, Canada and Puerto Rico besides the main plan destinations

Unlimited calls to any destination within Argentina, Brazil and Chile. It doesn`t include calls to cell phones or special services.

How It Works

All Fonet Global services operate based on a pre-pay system. Therefore, all charges are applied to your customer account balance.

Once you are World Fone user, you may sign up an unlimited plan on any of your active lines on your account through SeMIS (Service Management and Information System). You only need to:

1. Access your account using your login and password.
2. Go to the additional services section and click on unlimited plans.
3. Determine which plan you wish to activate and the line you would like to have your service associated to. (Lines are identified by VoIP number)
4. Once the previous operation has been completed, you should confirm you accept the unlimited plan rent will be withdrawn from your current balance. If your balance is not enough to cover the rent fee your plan will not be activated until a later time after some more credit has been added to your account.
5. Once the unlimited plan has been activated, this will be in use for the following 30 days from activation date.
6. After 30 days, your service will be taken back to the basic WorldFone plan where you pay as you go. This strategy allows you to change unlimited plans every month, or prevents you from paying monthly rents whenever your service is not in use.

• If your account has a negative balance, you will not be able to sign up for the service. Remember to have always a positive balance on your account. For our users protection, accounts will be blocked when the system detects a negative balance greater than 5 USD.
